The Realistic Success Recovery Society is a non-profit charitable society. The Board of Directors of The Realistic Success Recovery Society represent a broad cross-section of the public.

Management Team

Susan Sanderson, President of the Society

Twenty years experience as President and/or Chairperson of volunteer and political organizations; including nine years with Nar-Anon. Experience as General Manager of a small Financial Services Company. Former Director of Occupational Health and Safety, BC Federation of Labour. President CORTS (Canadian Organization Recovery, Treatment Services)

Gary Robinson, Executive Director

Manager of a Recovery House formerly located in South Surrey. Former Surrey Councelor for 13 years, (including chair of the Police Committee and Finance Committee). Chair 12 years, CN/CAW Occupational Health and Safety Committee. Experience as President Canadian Auto Workers Local 4001 which included negotiating contracts and grievance handling. Panel member of the Provincial Environmental Appeal Board.

Melanie Zanatta, Treasurer

Experience working for another Society in the recovery field. Clinical secretary, Department of Oral Biological & Medical Sciences UBC.
